Định hướng thiết kế của công ty được dẫn dắt bởi Kiến trúc sư trưởng Gaetano Natella, đến từ Napoli – miền Nam nước Ý, trung tâm văn hóa và kiến trúc của vùng Địa Trung Hải. Được đào tạo bài bản và tích lũy kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhiều quốc gia, dấu ấn sáng tạo của kiến trúc sư Gaetano Natella được thể hiện rõ trong từng dự án, góp phần tạo nên bản sắc riêng cho Gae & Partners Italia Architecture.
